A New World for Organisational Change Management – A Karen Ferris Master Class.
Melbourne – It’s Here! Game On and the Need for Speed.
We are pleased to announce that Karen will be running a 2-day workshop in Melbourne on 19 & 20th April.
We are living in a world in which change is constant, volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous.
So how do you manage change when the outcomes are not yet known and when we think they are, they can rapidly shift? You can’t.
This highly interactive workshop will uncover how we can focus on building a workforce that is resilient to constant and complex change rather than working on resistance.
It will explore the key roles we need when organisational change management becomes something we bake into the organisation – not add it on as deemed needed.
We will discuss why the traditional approaches to organisational change management no longer work when change is constant and determine the adaptations we need to make if we are to operate at a speed we have not known before.

We are looking forward to scheduling more of these workshops both in Melbourne and other states, so if you would like to register your interest, please email email@example.com (noting the state in which you reside) or call Breed on 0406 662 278.
