This week, Karen Ferris was awarded the credential of Fellow by the Professional Recognition for IT Service Management programme. There are five levels of accreditation in priSM, the fifth being Fellow which is reserved for senior professionals who have been recognised for making a significant contribution to the service management profession and its body of knowledge.
Candidates for priSM membership have their qualifications and experience evaluated and validated by qualified professionals. It is a thorough, objective and multi-level assessment of ITSM experience, education, knowledge and skills. All priSM members must abide by a code of ethics and good practices to ensure standards of professional behaviour are maintained at the highest level.
Karen said, “I am delighted and honoured to have been accepted as a priSM Fellow. It is this sort of recognition that makes all the hard work worthwhile. This is a great Christmas present!”
